  • why don't you put plastic washers between the area where the stainless steel screws enter so the spacing is always the same, use 1/8" thick Teflon round washers, round washers will keep more plate surface exposed.

  • There are more than 400 videos now... look through them.. and you will find the answer. I have made many changes.

    Thank ;you for your interest

  • If you were an iron worker you might have thought of this "sup wrench" or "erection wrench" concept. Yeh! good thinking, a tapered end will save a lot of frustration threading those bolts,

Oh Those wrenches are use to line up the bolt holes in structural beams and columns. You know, on BIG stuff.

    Any way good epiphany.

ps one of thos tapered end things is an hanger bolt. And there are others. any way KISS right?

  • interesting idea of tapping between cells..

  • here's an even simpler idea....stainless steel washers!...tada!...perfect for spacers...in fact thats what theyre made for!..lol!..then you just use a nut on each end to tighten!.....let me know what you think!..i'm just gettin into this hydrogen cell thing...ive got some ideas...like why not use stainless steel screen?...instead of plate...lots more area on a screen, right?....walt

  • John, have you thought of oversizing the hole and sandwiching the plates onto the bolts with nuts? It would also make better contact with the plates. Oversize the hole or undersize the bolt for smaller nuts. I use this on my cells made with wall plates and grommets.

  • Hi John, will the whole concept work with a deisel engine, glow plugs against spark plugs. 2nd do you have the entry to the manifold explained, Mark, UK

  • thank you
