thank you so much for this video. for the past couple of years i have had trouble sleeping,getting out of bed and have just been feeling very ill. i had heard about this from my friends step mother who is chinese and she reccomended it i was very skeptical but now i am going to try this. i was wondering if taking the pill form of panax ginseng would work just as well or does it have to be in the powder form? thank you!!! =)

Asian people takes Ginseng when they feel weak and not vitalised. Ginseng is a very good for a lot of conditions but you need to avoid taking it when there a person is having a cold, flu or fever. Korean ginseng is the best quality and more older the ginseng is the better quality it is. Usually 6 years roots are good.
