What I hear is talking but telling isn't going on. I want to know how to get more time with my children and pay less to the state. I want to support my children and be in their lives. I don't want to support the lifestyle of my ex-wife.

@ORBuddha Getting out the message that there is a problem is the 1st step of getting justice for all non-custodial parents. If we where to advocate teaching others how to us the existing adversarial system to get crumbs then we'd be a part of the problem. Voting and supporting Judges and Politicians who openly support equal parenting is what has to happen. DON'T EVER VOTE FOR A POLITICIAN WHO DOESN'T SUPPORT ENDING TITLE IV AND WHO DOESN'T WANT EQUALLY SHARED PARENTING LEGISLATION.

What is it going to take for them to know that enough is enough murder,killing,homicide,suicid­e i was told by child support that if my kids ask me for any thing "tell them that you have to pay us child support". so how should i feel about that comment like going to war.

I think that you should let your children know that you can not afford to pay for things if you can't. If you are paying more then half of what it costs to care for them per federal poverty numbers you are paying for extras already and they should ask for the ex to pay for it. You then work with your ex to get the things they need, I say that she ought to pay out of the extra money she has.

Just look at the high security in the courts and other agencies. This is the historical hallmark of absolute corruption.

I had told people working for the courts all the way down to custodians,and they have all teared up to let me know that they though strangers cared,and dissagreed with the very abusive court that they were working for.

It's a complet sham of a corrupt system that is contracted with private corporations. check out.

She is so exactly dead on, I've dealt with the Cattaraugus County, NY Support system for 8 years now and it is very apparent the system is corrupt. The mother of my 8 year old daughter used the support system/courts very well to get me to do what she originally tried to do right after the birth of our daughter. To make a long story she, the mom and I had a one night stand from a bar (yeah I know) I chose not to be with her so she tried to terminate my rights, when that didn't work she did EVIL.
