Looks deelish! Instead of steaming the tortillas in the microwave, we "toast" the tortillas on the open flame on top of the stove. This also dehydrates the tortilla and adds a nice smokey flavor to the dish. Great channel by the way.

i heard that indians dont actually use curry in authentic curry thats a seasoning that americans use is this true alton brown said it
i heard it gets indians mad if you ask them if they want curry its offensive

@JazzNaySean : That is so true...we don't get curry powder in India and that is a westernized concept but having said that it's really not bad. We have quite a few dishes where we use it and are not offended by that :)
