congratulations! you have made it past the cast on and are now ready to knit and pearl...first thing you need to know is that when you do what is called a garder stitch, all you do is a knit stitch back and forth for each row...all you will see is little bumps like this "---" on top of each other...and when you do only pearl stitching you will also get the "---" look...but doing both knit and pearl stitches(this is where it gets a little confuseing) the side that you have to do the pearl stitch looks like "---" and (omg) the knit side looks like "VVV"
....
in this video you will see how to knit first and then when i turn the needles around i will switch to the purl
......
it takes some time to get used to this one...so do a few rows in just the knit and then a few rows in pearl, then a few more alternating...
next time...the bind off...wee youre almost done!
