This is a Fujitec elevator, but it adopts the roped hydraulic design. Fujitec (or HKMTR) could have possibly purchased one or more OTIS patented designs for use in constructing the lift in the way shown in the video.

The floor buttons are large and of erose design, which is standard for lifts built in the early 2000s for use in metro/subway stations in Hong Kong. The automated announcements heard inside the car are also of standard.

There are two P's here: LP for lower level platforms and UP for upper level platforms, the former being the lowest floor. Apart from these two, there is C meaning the ticketing concourse, which is the top floor.
