my brother was replacing his case and same with me.... it took him 8 hours to get the bottom side pannel and mech plate thingys off and took me 2 mins to take whole case off and 2 mins to put my new one on

ummm yea.. the disc tray edge was white at the beginning and at the end it was silver so its most likely rigged and you dont see him really do anything except take it apart and put it together which ive seen done in 50 other vids ive watched while trying to fix my xbox
