Tibetan healing bowls are sacred tools that have accompanied prayer, meditation, and healing for many centuries. The bowls are deeply rooted in traditional Buddhist practice and life, but today are used and enjoyed globally by people of all spiritual paths and traditions.
This recording captures the essence of these remarkable instruments in professional quality, digital surround sound. This recording style offers the listener a more direct experience of each bowl's unique vibrational healing quality.
To add warmth and character to the recording, the sounds of gentle ocean surf have been layered into the background.
Tibetan Healing Bowls makes a beautiful addition to any healing, yoga, ceremonial, or meditation practice. Or, just play it in the background to create a sacred and relaxing atmosphere for any occasion. Total recording length is 1 hour and 08 minutes.
May you enjoy the healing essence of these bowls, and may their benefits flow into all facets of your life, and the lives of those you touch.
Thank you, Aloha, and Namaste.

About the recording:
I discovered the Tibetan singing bowls almost ten years ago, and their remarkable sound and essence has been with me ever since. As a full time healer, teacher, and bodyworker, I wanted to bring the healing qualities of the bowls into the lives of my clients. None of the other Tibetan bowl recordings I found resonated with me or my practice, so I set about recording and creating my own.
I wanted to find a way to transmit the unique healing quality of each bowl as clearly as possible, so I decided to record each bowl separately in 5 channel, digital surround sound. The results were even better than I had expected. The rich tonality and unique vibrational essence of each bowl is heard and experienced so clearly...almost more clearly than having the bowl physically present.
After my initial recording session with the bowls, it took about a month to sequence them. I meditated, practiced yoga, gave healings, and slept with the bowls playing until the best sequence and flow emerged.
