Thank you for sharing this beatiful video. Afgan mountains and people looks absolutely amazing. Is it possible for you to tell us what is the name of the mountain, that appears about 2:15 here? Looks really breathtaking...
Cheers!

@samuelmansfield Mr. Manfield..absolutely breathtaking video and very touching for "Afghans and friends of Afghans''. Just note that those who make comments otherwise are enemies of Afghanistan and against peace in Afghanistan, they are not Afghans and their loyalty is to those like to bleed my nation with their weapons, hate and proxies. They cant see the beauty of our Afghanistan because they are blinded by their love for "destruction" of my 5,000 yr old nation, such a FANTASY!

Beautifull video. I'm pleasantly surprised there are still Kyrgyz living in Afghanistan, I thought the Turkish Army had airlifted the Afghani Kyrgyz all out off Afghanistan to Turkey during the long years of war, but apparently not all of them.

How Nice could be travelling to this area
Hi,
Thanks for interest in vidoe, the Wakhan really is an amazing part of the world! The mountain was in a place called the Qual e Hurst valley, but had no name and was unclimbed until we visited. You can read about the ascent here
If you google "American Alpine club Joel Fiddes " you can read about the mountain and ascent
Hope you enjoy and if you are considering visiting the area then I'd be happy to offer the limited information I have! Kind regards, Sam
