  • Why do these people hate on him so much? Hes just a kid thats tryiing to convince all of you fatasses that are hating on him to start working out.. What did this kid ever do to you guys? In my opinion i think people hate on him because their jealous that hes ripped and their not. So all of you haters shut the fuck up cause i doubt you cant to what this kid is doing.

  • Good but when doing shoulder shrugs don't bend your arms otherwise your arms are assisting your traps

  • My elders used to tell me "don't worry about being thin; when you get older, you will 'fill out'".

    They might have said, "Just wait; eat normally, and when you reach your twenties, your definition will disappear and you'll be nice and sleek and FAT".  You jerks who criticize this kid are likely not in your teens and have already "filled out". Eat your heart out, fat asses; you're too late; you will never look as great as this!

  • There are no variations bro, it's shoulders back, up - down. None of that rolling bullshit.

  • Do you do barbell shrugs with the bar behind your back? If not, you should try it, it hits the traps harder and are easier to control.

  • you could prob be doing more then 30's im same age and size as u and i shrug 65-70 for 10 reps
