@Oyrad58 do not be insulted by this lowly educated people. They dont even realize what they speak:)) The numbers (regarding the losses) are not correct and it seems to me that they dont even know a history. The ottoman empire preserved the ancient culture of the middle east even if like all conquerers they taxed the conquered population, but that wasn`t somehting strange at that time.
I wish i could visit someday Turkey, the universitys and minarets (i know that i cant enter because my faith)
