This was the very first Cocteau Twins song I heard. I turned the radio on seconds before it started. As Elizabeth's vocals began I sat there with a tingled back then had the presence of mind to grab a cassette tape and fumble it into the machine, I can't remember why I had to turn the radio off or whatever it was I had to do which was more important. Later at the 1st opportunity I rewound the tape to listen again, then again and again and again.....The voice, vocal style and music captivated me.

@ritchiepeyton I so understand that tingling and excitement on first
hearing something for the first time thats out of this world .......
Mine was hearing "Musette And Drums" back in 83 live on the Tube.
Your totally right, it was the original vocal style and music that just
captivated me too...I remember it as though it were yesterday...
What a band my friend.....!!!!
