I knew this was coming. Lawyers got to the family. This was a lose-lose situation for the park. Had the park refused to let this disabled war veteran ride, they would have different law suit on their hands; a discrimination suit. They let him ride...now it is a wrongful death suit. We wonder why so many parks are going out of business these days. You would think a war vet in his mid 20s would have a better awareness of physics than some kids working a summer job at the park as ride operat

How is the park responsible, when it was the ride operators mistake. How is the park RESPONSIBLE when they responsibly already had big signs plastered everywhere, and rules against this man riding? The park already doesn't let this man ride, he broke the rules himself and the operator is the idiot who should be sued if anything. What are the bases of the wrongful death? That the dam ride didn't have a cage? Are they at fault because they don't tie you down with a strait jacket? XD.
