@FitnessDudes Thanks. I actually have a question: is Yoga x necessary? Because I skip it every week, and honestly i really don't think it's essential. I did it on week 1, but just a couple of mins cause it was very annoying for me. Give me your thoughts about it.

Thanks for the comment. Do not feel down because the program is hard for anyone, even for people that are fit already. Look at tony horton in the dvd's he is working hard and exhausted just like the people you start the program. The key really is to "Do your best and forget the rest" as tony say's in the dvds, because at the end of the day if you do your best and stick in there you'll see results. Remember the first 30 days for everyone is rough, I felt the same way you do.

Good job with sticking with the program. I recommend you continue to eat clean, but use the nutrition plan as a guideline for foods to eat. Keep it simple: lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Also drink a lot of water. If you have any other questions let us know. Thanks

@fabrozio89 I love Italy :D. The p90x nutrition plan is a VERY good eating plan, however as long as you stick to a healthy balanced diet (which it seems you're doing) then you shouldn't really have any problems. Just make sure you keep protein intake reasonably high and keep the carbs to a minimum then you really can't go wrong! Keep going though bro, you're 20% of the way there! Remember however if you're aim is to gain muscle then you need high proteins AND a good amount of carbs.

@TheBatemansos hey, I'm on day 16 of p90x and seems its going pretty well. I only have a dubt: i'm not following the nutrition plan but i'm eating clean, and i don't eat shitty food like burgers or fries anymore. Should I have to follow the nutrition plan or can i just keep eating clean? Thanks for your support (and sorry for my english but i'm italian)

@fabrozio89 bro! You just got to keep it up, anyone can do it, you just need to stay positive and push as hard as you can. It will get easier. Use the pause button if you're just beginning and use it less and less as time goes on. You can do it.

@FitnessDudes Thanks fot your reply. I have some news for you: today I started my first day of the program (Chest and Back) Guess what? In the first exercises I was good, but after I realized that I was exhausted! So i missed the last exercises of the dvd (including Ab ripper X) I'm really afraid I can't keep on working for the next days, I'm afraid I'm not stronger enough =( Holy fuck I'm feeling depressed (sorry for my english, I'm an italian student)
Hey (: My roommate and I just started p90x on the first of the year, and we've so far gone through the dvds consecutively. This Sunday we're going to continue the program, but start on the lean program. Which did you use, and would you recommend any other?

@jetaimedubstep
Congratz on starting the program in the new year. I did the classic program which works best for everyone. The lean program is good for people that want more cardio and less weight training. I would recommend the classic because it gives you a mix of weight training and cardio 50/50 split. Stick with the program and you will see amazing results. Remember you start to see good results after about 2 months for most people.
