dude Ive had bud stored in a jar that i regularly fucked around with for at least a year and it still blew my fucking head off,i dig your videos and you SEEM like you know your shit but in all honesty i don't think thc degrades at all its like wine my brother it gets better with age if you didn't smoke everything right away you might find that out

@zombiedeth69 You might not THINK that THC degrades over time, but it's a proven fact that it does. Absolutely year old stuff can still be very potent, but depending on stored conditions many of the cannabinoids will have degraded to less desirable substances due to light contamination and oxidation. When I refer to fresh I don't mean wet. No matter how potent, smoking wet bud will not allow for a good hit or "dose". I have bud that's 3 years old, I'm quite familiar with the aging process ;)

@zombiedeth69 I'm trying to find a lab that will sponsor a storage test for me to compare how different conditions affect cannabinoid profiles over the period of a year. I had an offer from one lab but they don't want to do the number of tests I want done to give thorough results. If I'm going to spend a year on a project I want to do it right.

@xxSnicklefritz420xx Selective breeding isn't a new concept. What is your definition of better? Higher THC? CBD? Grows indoors better? Mold or insect resistance? Many of the genetics in today's strains have been selected for ease of growth & high yield resulting in "watered down" versions of some of the great strains of the past. Very potent pot has been around for a long time, it just wasn't available to the average consumer until relatively recently.

you have great videos and you have a vast amount of knowledge about weed. But then you go against basically all your saying and you torch the shit outta ur bud... i dont get it... why dont you use hemp wick? or mabe a NORMAL fucking lighter?

@sedateddevil I think hemp wick taste like crap. Check out some of my earlier videos I start a fire with it in one video.  I used a NORMAL lighter, like a Bic for over 20 years, but figured I would switch to a refillable lighter, it's not a torch, so that I can choose my own butane (Vector) rather than what comes in the disposables. This lighter uses less gas than a Bic. I do plenty of glass wand hits but watching me torch a wand gets boring fast.. Hakko's if u don't mind the wait or cord...
