@DomSubmissiveKitty (2) to the next hotel and clean...i dont know anything about the papers actual terms or about overtime (not bright, i cant understand unless its in laymen's terms). The only i do know is overtime wears you out more then you are when you work 8 hours. Not to mention the employer never told me i got two 15 minute breaks when i work 8 hours, I was only told about 30 minute lunch. It was a co-worker who was kind enough to mention it when she asked if i had taken my 15min breaks..

Laymen's term please? i am currently unemployed (despite the many apps i fill out daily..think i have carpentunel now..). I did have one job, my 1st job, but it went so bad..i wasn't fully bright enough to stop and read the papers before signing, the 1st day was great but from then on they wanted to shuffle me around from hotel to hotel without me being told. Also, after working 8 hours at one hotel, when I would be ready to sign out, they employer's helper would stop by and tell me i need to go

@Jaminjames122 Think about that. Why wouldn't you want a machine to push the button? Increased efficiency, then that person can go do something more fun and creative. If all the jobs get automated then everyone can do as they please.

@N4RVS Raw materials never get sold to 'small businesses'.... ever... if your in the Raw Material business you are 'Big Business' is Big Business a consummer... sure it is... but They pay far less for their 'stuff' than we do for 'our stuff' and that is the crux of the matter... The System is broken... and not just a little bit... It's done... hide your head in the sand if you wish... but don't blame the rest of us when you get left behind...

@Jaminjames122 What kind of shitty argument is that? So you neglect entirely the fact that competition would develope and every company gets their requried shared of workers who will accept the pay. Everyone else is left out. There's always a small group of people that will do anything for a low amount of money, and companies will get to them. So those who want a decent life with decent pay will be fired and pushed to the side.
