Because the right hand lane is for turning right only and not meant for overtaking in this case.

As a PH driver I find it hard to understand what is up with this driving he may have had a passenger complaining about waiting time on the meter! Which I get all the time. Why do people take so long to set off at green lights?

He's done nothing wrong. If it was a normal car, you wouldn't have battered an eye lid. Some people just want to make life differcult for people going about their daily business. I wish people would give taxi drivers a break because that job is shit enough without further hassle. I know, I did it for four and a half years.

british roads are clogged by arrogant british drivers. the person who posted this clip don't have a clue how to drive but do have plenty of time to post this clip about somebody overtaking him. what a waste of space you are mate, people like you make me sick
