The sound also has to do with HOTMELT!!!

Since he plays a shorter length he has to re weight the heads heavier. The nike tour van hotmelts the head for the swingweight but the hotmelt also changes the sound.

the sound has very much to do with the angle the clubhead comes down to the ball with... just saying

Actually clubhead angle doesn't have anything to do with it at all. It has to do with how fast the clubhead is moving through impact. For example a car traveling at 50 mph would make a louder sound than a car at 25 mph if they both hit a parked car. See what i'm saying???
