How To Make Mochi =]

Ingredients:
1 box Mochiko flour
1 can coconut milk
1 bowl sugar
1 bowl water (add more if necessary)
Potato Starch OR Dessicated Coconut


Boil water in a pan (like you're about to steam something).
Mix together the mochiko flour, sugar, coconut milk, and water. (should be kind of watery NOT thick.)
Pour the mix into non-stick pot/pan.
Steam the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Take it out and let it cool.
Cut the mochi into pieces and cover it with potato starch or dessicated coconut (so it doesnt stick to your hands).
