@Driftuner I agree I own a 2004 Cooper S I get a lot of stick for it being a "hairdressers" car , in reality its got a pokey engine that has power anywhere on the rev range and its great fun to drive.

@marshknute  people, take me and "marshknute" as experience and stop thinking that fun cars are fast cars....a car beeing fast doesnt necessarily means its a fun car..the mx5 is a fun car not because its a rocket...or because its has a million hps...or because its from a "prestige" brand and costs a million...the mx5 is fun because IT IS fun..it has NONE of the attributes listed above, and still makes to the top of my list..

@Driftuner I'm pleased to hear how you prefer the Miata to the GT-R. I signed up for a program called World Class Driving, where I got to drive a Gallardo Superleggera, SLR McLaren, 599 GTB, R8 V10 and Continental Supersports. The most fun car I drove that weekend was my 95' Miata. The supercars were just too composed even at the 100+ mph speeds I was driving, and the flappy paddle gearboxes were jerky and uncomfortable.

@upakgalang10 cant really compare..but if u are talking about the 4 cylinder 200hp Genesis..then i would stick to the mx-5...the genesis is too big and heavy for that engine..of course its still fast, its still has 200hp..but i dont think that the combo will work and feel as good as the mx-5...now if ur talking about the V6..well then u cant really compare both...

@1923jh nowhere else people say its a gay car..thats US thing...ive driven this car with the 126hp 1.8 5-speed, the 2.0 6 speed 160hp AND the MX-5 Cup racer...trust me and the guy in the video..this is one of the greatest cars in the whole world..last week i drove a nissan GTR...and im not beeing stupid i swear..the mx-5 was more fun..of course the GTR impresses a lot beeing a special car..but its just sooooo much that u never get the feeling u r enjoying it...the mx-5 makes YOU fell special..
