Which in my opinion is a lot better because you can actually hear the amazing music the Magic Band are playing and it isn't drowned out by the clarinet, as it is in this. Captain, what were you thinking?!

@gregorypolvi When I first listened to this record in the car i thought it was awful i couldn't understand it at all just sounded like random noise I didn't listen to it for months, then i decided to give it another go and really began to understand it how clever he really was and how none of this was noise at all but planned and rehearsed for months, he was a strict disciplanarian and what sounds like random noise is absolutely planned and accounted for.

@sireeatalot In all seriousness, could you articulate why you like this Captain Beefheart album? My brother and I are big music listeners, and have heard it all. But this album continues to stump us. We know lots of people absolutely love it, and we just don't understand why. My brother in particular did 20 listens of the record, but still could not figure it out. We are legitimately interested, as this album is a real puzzle for us. It has been a few years, maybe we need to try again.
