"Ganyan talaga ang berdeng-berde"

This big band number was performed at "Animo Night 2007: WE ARE ONE" on June 22, 2007, St. Benilde Gym, La Salle Green Hills.

Based on Marty Paich's "Tommy's Tune," it was originally adapted and re-arranged by Mel Villena for a project with Mon David, with Mel adding, specifically for "Animo Night," the following Tagalog lyrics for the bridge: "Pambihirang dumiskarte. Pambihirang dumiskarte. Ganyan talaga ang berdeng-berde."

The number features the following three soloists, all alumni of La Salle Green Hills: Mel Villena on soprano sax and vocals; Joey Quirino on piano; and Meong Pacana on bass.

The other members of the band are: Ria Villena [synthesizers], Uly Avante [percussion], Noel Santiago [guitar], Roy Mercado [drums], Tots Tolentino [alto sax], Michael Guevarra [tenor sax], Joey de Guzman [tenor sax], JD Villanueva [baritone sax], Neil Reyes [trombone], Oscar Hernandez [trombone], Ronnie Marqueses [trombone], Romy Francisco [trumpet], Nestor Gonzaga [trumpet], Richie Gonzaga [trumpet], Jasper Andra [tuba], Roy del Valle [back-up vocals], Lissa del Valle [back-up vocals] and Jingle Buena [back-up vocals].
