Police Brutality #2- Car Chase South LA 8/05/10

Watch closely to see a mob of police officers punch a suspect on the ground. Although it is hard to see, if you look closely you can see a police officer punching the suspect. I watched this live and the suspect, once he put his hands on his head, was not resisting. Also, several "cops" dressed in "thug" attire walked up with bullet proof vests on and stood around watching. There were probably 30 cops around this one guy. Are the police the most ruthless gang?

Sampson, your an idiot. And once the suspect put his hands on his head, it is their job to put the guy in cuffs as quickly as possible, even if it means slamming him down to the ground. The police are not ruthless gangs. Who would you be calling in the event that you needed help? Thought so.
