Get on your knees & elbows, keeping your elbows and knees as lined up as you can - go for a symmetrical rectangle shape with your body. Then I use a 15 pound weight on the back of the knee and do 25 lifts, hold, then 20 higher lifts, hold then rest; on each leg. LIFT WITH YOUR BUTT, NOT YOUR LEG! I do about 5 reps per side, depending on my mood. I swear to God your ass will be in shape in no time! If you aren't used to working out your butt, I'd suggest starting with a much smaller weight [5 pounds] or no weight at all. That is, if you want to be able to walk tomorrow. Hope it works for you!
