Although you're Vegan and I respect your choice 101% pal, you gotta understand that youre a 'recent' convert to the 'vegan tribe'..which means because of the person you was before, a meat eater, you have a more rational and level headed view of things. But PETA are like..that way from birth so they are ignorant to MOST things in this world including MARIO..fuckin sucks I know. By the way Im an 'omniveur' meaning I only eat chicken and fish :)

Depend the level of endangerment. But I'd never eat endangered species.

I only eat abundant farm animals not horses.

I'm not a heavy meat eater. I can go very long without touching meats.

I'm not a hardcore health person but I'm fairly hardcore in trying to avoid transfats or VERY limiting its consuming of it. Transfats are worst than saturated fats but it doesn't mean you can eat saturated fats heavily.

Where I live is hard to be vegetarian because the grocery around my area doesn't have enough stuff to make a stable lifelong vegetarian or vegan diet. To be vegetarian is more pricy.
