  • @boblawblaws604 Satch's music is from the soul. Coldplay's music is popularity based.

  • Satriani has more talent in his fucking pinky than the product everyone is referring to as Coldplay. And all of you useless Coldplay fans, shouldn't you be off being mellow and artistic somewhere? Filming plastic bags blowing around in the wind and being generally irritating and mystical?

  • he only went after coldplay because they have money! bam! there's the rub right there!

  • @MissEmmerB The amount of bullshit comments from both sides is just ridiculous...move on people.

  • @manzilla01 That's a bit of a broad stroke isn't it?

  • @MissEmmerB Satriani has copied "Enanitos Verdes - France Limon". Don't try to defend him, he's as wrong as Coldplay. If you don't believe, check it.

  • The guys in this video are stupid. Joe Satriani didn't go after Coldplay because they had "deeper pockets". He just wanted recognition and appreciation and was angry at the fact that they made millions and a grammy off of ripping off a song that was important to him since If I Could Fly was written for his wife. He gave his settlement money to charity, so there.

  • @imagodonutube deal with what, you're wrong :D deal with it. hundreds of legendary bands, but satch gave a NEW way of making music and technique on a diff level. Coldplay? LMAO history will forget them, guitarists in 200 years will know Joe.

  • @goodygoody23 hey man listen it doesn't matter what you listen to ,whether its underground or mainstream doesnt determine how good the music is either. What matters is that people recognize the beauty of music whether it's plagiarized or not as long as we can all come together and just have a good time listening and appreciating. So can you please stop acting like a pretentious hipster and quit contradicting your own opinions on others people's taste in music. :)

  • There's nothing wrong with copying ...as long as you hide it well enough

  • @boblawblaws604 Oh BULLSHIT. completely and udder trite. You make assumtions on millions of people and clump them altogether and say, "If so and so likes this group then they must be stupid or have no taste", and that is an asinie comment at minimum.

  • @imagodonutube The amount of albums you have sold does NOT determine the quality of your music. Dream Theater is one of the most musically advanced bands in the world and they've only sold about 20 million albums. How dare you say those posers are better than the great Joe Satriani. Go listen to your mainstream music with your mainstream friends somewhere else. I hope you don't call yourself a musician.
