God these protesters are such complete idiots, they should have just thrown out a few grenades and get it over with. And that dude got arrested for fighting on the public transit, such a respectful role model for his daughter *rolls eyes*. I laugh at the 25 million dollar lawsuit, i hope they don't get a dime.

Its a sad moment but It was an accident the guy resigned they were in a stress full situation trying to break up a fight with a crowd around them. Even though the video clearly shows him in the wrong we don't know what was going through his mind at the time. It will probably be ruled an accidental shooting but if they need to serve him up to keep the community peace they file charges and he will plead out to manslaughter.

I love how the blacks say they want peace. Blacks create the most violence in America than anybody. Maybe if they had any respect for the law or anyone else than this wouldnt have had happened.
