Back To Basics.

A vlog partly inspired by this comment from Kenrg:
"We put too much pressure on ourselves to "produce", when all we need to do is talk"
How very true.

Ironically, i mentioned video volume in this vlog & the sound of this video seems to be a little messed up. Not sure why.

When I started the mehquig channel I wanted to keep on doing taxi vlogs but I took out all the editing and even stopped chopping off the behinning and the end. I stopped adding music, and that left only the basics, me talking. I think the channel is going to catch on slowly :)

I didn't know about that channel. I'll have to check it out. I enjoy your taxi vlogs.

It gives you a feeling of freedom to get back to the basics sometimes, doesn't it? :)

Good video, Andy. Yes, some of my favorite videos are just basic blogs where the people are just sitting and talking and being honest. Best kind!

ahh don't get me wrong... it's not like I'm out busy climbing mountains or anything like that.

Sometimes it is just nice to chill out with the cat on your lap while watching TV. And of course with seeing Babs about 50% of what used to be 'free time' is now taken up seeing her. But hey, there are pros and cons to that... ;)

thought i'd give you the vlog summary there as I doubt I will get a chance to film it until the new year!

yep it did make a nice change to do the short 2 minute vlog/response to Curt last week. I suppose as long as there is a point in terms of making vlogs there is no rule that says the vlog has to be on some epic subject. Talk about anything... just have a point!

I have actually been meaning to do a vlog on that very subject... i.e. how finding the time to make videos can be difficult when balanced without interests outside of YT (although I'm sure thats been spoken about many times). I know that's why I've been struggling to make my regular stuff let alone do extra vlogs as well.

Anyway watch this space... I'm about to post something that on and off has take 3 weeks to edit...

I do not envy you the amount of editing that you have to do. it's always worthwhile in the end, especially in your case, but... :)
