  • Tim, those look tastey! I've made hawthorn jelly and butter before and it's yummy too. You have the nice red ones there. The ones I get here in TN are more on the greenish pink side and only found at the higher elevations. There's also a yellow one I pick in S. Georgia. They taste mellow too. Tim, do you ever sell any of your hawthorns or other herbs? I would be SO interested in buying about 8 oz. to 16 oz. to make some syrup. Such good heart medicine! Please advise if this is agreeable.
