Hi DR,

My Gynecomastia is not that big, Its just puffy nipples.

Is there any pain during the surgery? and One of the doctor that I went to for advice said that General Anasthesia is much better than applying local Anasthesia because patient feels nothing in General Anasthesia.

Would you Recommend General Anasthesia foe this Procedure.

@Nabeel2good If it is only puffy nipple then local is sufficient for gynecomastia, but most cases have well developed gynecomastia tissue beneath it. Watch video carefully see how to assess pinch thickness in male breast, if thicknes is negligible thn local is gud enough. we use general anesthesia + local tumescent in most cases as we do not only gynecomastia removal but complete chest reshaping. Under local tumescent 4 gynecomastia surgery you sud b ready to accept bigger scar on chest area.

hello Dr, I'm 15 in a couple of months and I've noticed I've develloped this. it's not that big at the moment but it is big enough to be embarresed about it. Im very tall an very fit but it hurts a little when I touch them and when I lye down on grass. My question is once you have this develloping does it just go away or once you have do you need surgery?
