Coaching Tips Lie flat on your back. Place a small squeezable ball (soccer, valley or medicine ball) between your knees. Squeeze your knees to keep the ball in the proper position. Draw your abs in and squeeze your glutes then slowly raise your shoulder off the floor towards the opposite knee. Your head should be supported, not pulled by your hands for the entire motion. Pause for a moment at the top of the motion and return to the starting position. Repeat the motion to the other side. Perform reps as directed...----.
