With lots of hammering and dremeling, I turned a 1964 half dollar into an awesome silver ring!

  • Actually it's illegal to deface U.S. currency. You got it wrong. It doesn't say "defraud" the U.S. government. It says DEFRAUDING U.S. currency, meaning, fucking it up so it's not useful anymore.

  • you use the spoon to give it the round shape and to clean it up. lot better quality if you reduce with hammer and shape with a spoon

  • if the coin was 90% silver then after you were finished drilling and sanding the middle part out you probably have a ring that's 20% sliver the other 70% is dust floating away....

  • Great Craftsmanship. I like how the ring is warped a little. That makes it really unique. This is a great video. Your energy is awesome. Can you tell me what you used on the Dremel tool. What tip did you use? Does it have some type of measurement? What grit sandpaper did you use?

  • You are hitting it too hard and you need to use a plastic mallet style hammer. That will cause less warping and reduce the chance of anything cracking.

  • its funny how that lady looks at you at 1:00

  • Chuck Norris use MenHole covers to build his Ring

  • @ZombifyIt no But I found your comment very funny :P
