Nice to see what the Pittsburgh station looks like at track level. Not as pathetic as most of Amtraks stations but well underserved.+

lol ive ridden on this train once every year for the past 6 years and its always running late around 7 am

@jfsa380 theres no platform on the track hes on so he has to come back once the other traffic gets out of the way.

can't they just leave the 29 on the mainline for the 5 minutes they are there? there are places to cross the tracks

@cforssi yeah, only four trains a day, Capital limited 30 at 5:20 AM; Pennsylvanian 42 at 7:20 (except sun) (to nyc); Pennsylvanian 44 at 1:20 (sun) (to nyc); Pennsylvanian 43 at 8:05 pm (from nyc) and Capital Limited 29 at 44:48 (was-chi) so, not many trains, not much traffic, and only two ticket agents. so, yeah, could be nicer, but thanks, i like it too.

@locomotiveconductor - I only took the Capitol just that one time, so I don't know if this backing up is the normal practice at Pittsburgh.
