Yeah, it's on the NBA Open Court series. Miller admitted himself that he purposefully fouled, or "pushed off" Jordan, since late in the 4th Quarter is around the time that refs tend to "swallow the whistles", which he admitted he took advantage of.
However, when confronted by the media about it after the game, he told the media to ask MJ about it, knowing full well that MJ wouldn't admit to it.

Speaking from a Chicagoan standpoint: if it really were such a "push off" MJ would've said something about it, but to this day, he never has. Sorry kids, back then the league was rougher and not a pussy ass sport that it is today.
