So YES, this was a foul even by the 1990s standard. In Reggie's defense though,

MJ was standing square in his damn way, blocking the three point line.

Miller clearly had no choice. This was the best moment in Reggie's career...the day he came CLOSE to beating the Bulls in a playoff series.

As a Chicago fan, you are acting pretty chill about this probably because your team went on to win the series and championship that year. But, you most would probably be singing a very different tune if your team was ELIMINATED from the playoffs by this play as opposed to merely losing a game 6.
