very nice work. As a kid i made one from wood. Is not as easy as somebody might think. The hardest part was to get the teeth of the saw perfectly right, as i recall.

you know you might be screwing up the heat treatment if you grind the leaf spring like that. The sparks are a good indication of how hot it gets.

@RamboSnake73 he probably gets satisfaction out of making it and not making it out of necessity.Besides he gets more skill with each knife and eventually would be able to make a really good one.
