@eviltwin777 The Mughal emperor was brought out of exile to act as a figurehead in the rebellion, that's why the Sikhs weren't willing to join the rebellion.

@eviltwin777 The Sikhs actually supported the British in the Indian revolution. They thought the Muslim Indians as responsible for the British victory over the Sikhs, and didn't trust them.

@amemirza Lol your from Pakistan so i expect you not to know better. They called the Emperor of the "Mughal Empire" the King of Delhi since he lost all his power. The Marathi, Mysore, Sikh Empires/Kingdoms where the dominate opposition against East India Company and the Crown throughout there history. Lmao The Mughal Emperor accepted protection from the British let alone fight against them.

@eviltwin777 im sorry sir but u r wrong on that.You can read any history book and the mughals who were muslims ruled india.they were the major force against the british.Yes the muslims were a minority ruling over the mass of non muslims including sikhs and hindus just like the british.Many of the soldiers in the mughal army were hindus and sikhs.
