@SeberHusky I repeat, UHAUL NEVER sells its trailers, the trucks are a different story mainly because the trucks have engines and transmissions that eventually go bad and get very costly to fix and they sell them, but their trailers are never sold, if you ever see a uhual trailer or car dolly for sell on ebay or craiglist, dont buy it because it was stolen and repainted to hide its identity. I work for uhaul and i know what i'm talking about. UHAUL NEVER SELLS ITS TRAILERS!

If UHAUL never sells their trailers, then how do I see people making campers out of them, or for sale on eBay? Same with their trucks. I see old UHAUL trucks for sale everywhere on eBay.

@SeberHusky U-Haul never sells its trailers, they keep them till they're unrepairable, then they take them apart and use the parts to build a new trailer. And yes the horse trailers do exist but only in areas where it would make sense to rent them.

U-HAUL does have horse trailers for rent...they're just a very limited availability. Certain more farm-centric communities would have one probably. It's also possible that the owner bought this trailer second-hand from a business auction and never repainted it. You can buy for yourself (not rent) what's left of the old 1960's UHAUL tow-behinds for a real cheap price if you know where to look.
