I'm wondering about the hair thing too. My hair is at least as long as yours and thick too. It's constantly making the hoop slip. Is there a trick you do to keep it whipping around so it doesn't tangle in the hoop?

I had to cut my hair off just so it didn't get all caught up when I hooped...how do you do it with all of that hair???

Hooping with my hair down is a bit like hooping with a shawl around my shoulders. It certainly affects the grip of the hoop on my body. No secret that I can give you. I just keep moving and continually "catching" the hoop where ever I can get traction.
