Martin Luther King Jr. has virtually become a saint since his death, and his name evokes praises from the highest of leaders. When you look at his past, compared with what America has become today, you see startling parallels between the two.

  • All Black people (especially these so-called Christians) who worship MLK as a god need to come to this video. In Exodus 20:2 the commandment tells us not to make ANY graven images unto ourselves....and yet they just built this huge monument to MLK in DC and the people flock to it as if this man is gonna come back to life. How can you be a true Christian and yet violate everything the real GOD told you not to do? You Black people are a hard hearted, stiffnecked race of people. You are sottish ppl.

  • @MarkFarrell .i agree with you in that "black power" by definition would cause "white blowback" in the South. Actually, AFTER King's ASSASSINATION came the "flames engulfing the cities". i would agree with you in this assertion; a skillful racial tension was used. First using the Jews, then putting the blacks in front of the Jews, and now the Gays in front of the blacks. It is by design to break American unity and magnify tension. Whether this was King's intention all along is dubious at best

  • @MarkFarrell ...King was a political leader who was used to get black votes for the Democratic Party..as all black leaders were. He didnt incite riots as much as THE DRAFT which was RESISTED by people who had no interest in contesting an ILLEGAL WAR..it was a conflict, not a declared war. Of course, the FBI was racist, but the bottom line was that the protests, marches destabilized order in the country (but also struck a chord with a nation that KNEW it was BEING LIED TO by Govt).

  • @seuzo901 .. I agree. King was a messianic figure for change, the establishment feared the repercussions of another "Poor People's March" on Washington and how it would dovetail with the Anti-War demonstration, yet the blowback from the assassination caused the very riots they sought to prevent. You are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. COINTELPRO was designed to monitor, discredit and eventually neutralize radical leaders opposing domestic policy, and it was also unconstitutional and Illegal.

  • This is some racist bullshit. The man def was perfect but most if not all of these 10 are bullshit. I stoped watchin at #7

  • damn all these rascist comments. Mlk was s fraud fuck him. Mlk was a con man who engaged in plagerism a big fucking phony and as a fellow negro im ashamed
