DAVE GIBBONS GIVES HIS APPROVAL OF THE MOVIE AND TAKES US BEHIND THE SCENES. WE GET TO SEE THE HOME OF THE FIRST NITE OWL AND THE GUNGA DINER. PLUS A FIRST LOOK AT RORSCHACH WALKING THE CITY STREETS.
@GoLakers09Champs This is a picture on the first niteowl's house wall. It shows niteowl who has captured a villain and a policeman shaking niteowl's hand. It's safe to asume that the guy with a nazi sign on his chest is a villain, who got captured.
I've since seen the movie and yes it was very satisfying,Has niggles aplenty but overall was a great film.(I watched it in theater and bought it on bootleg and now hope to buy the directors cut with the "Tales of The Black Freighter " story, hopefully interspersed well.I even bought the Watchmen MovieTM edition of MAD(also TM)So yeah, you,re right.Damn Silk Spectre 1 and 2 were hot>Spanky.
Haha you're critiques about the what the characters look like, is like looking at a super model and saying "She has a mole, she's won't work." After watching the movie (and I realize you wrote this before it came to theaters) the little details seem like nothing more that specks of dust on an office desk. I agree that Nite Owl looked to good to be a 30 year old washed up vigilante... I mean, he wasn't nearly as fat as he was in the book. But again, that's a detail that can be overlooked.
yes, I totally agree with you. it would have made it kinda strange to all of sudden introduce Vedit's "alien" stuff. Znyder didn't have the time to put all the details in, so he was forced to modify, thankfully in a good way.

It was on the TVs in the movie just to show the shape the world was in.
