this is a clip from toddlers and tiaras new season 2 "beautiful dolls pageant".
Fake eyelashes, fake teeth and fake hair are all part of the ritual of beauty pageants. Now ET goes behind the scenes of the high-end Beautiful Dolls Pageant in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Beautiful Dolls Pageant is considered a "glitz" pageant, where glitter gets you the gold. "I love getting dressed up, makeup and dancing in front of a lot of people," 10-year-old Chelsea said

I don't want to say that it's great that kids are wearing makeup and walking all funny so young.
But I can say that's it's good that there is something they love and aspire to do their best in and actually you can get scholarships in that too (*whispers* Which means they'll get more money and buy you stuff when you get old lol *whispers*)
PS I'm not trying to go all 'mommy' on everyone. I'm only 14, dude. High school freshman here.
