these are just some simple ab workouts that i do to keep my abs looking cut.
This workout may not be the best, but it is what I do and it works for me, so you can leave comments or dislike the vid, i'm just showing some things that i do...

  • This will not get you a six pack. This will only make your abs stronger.

    The belly has fat around it, if you remove that fat, abs will develop.

    Cardio and eating smaller meals each day will get you a six pack.

  • @cm999 i don't know, i wasn't really keeping track..i was in pretty good shape before i started it, so it didn't take more than like 3-4 weeks, but i'm not sure

  • my englich sux dont get it , i see a lotta ab ecercices vids on da internet but theyre all fast ! ! ! and my bro who knows a lot bout sports says u have to do em as slow as u can didnt tel me why though but i gues its coz da slower u do em da more ur abs ar workin

    den if ya wana hav very fast as soon as posible abs why everybody make ab excecrcies so quickly? tks in advanse

  • @DarthScosha Completely agree with your statement here! You need to lose the 'spare tire' before you achieve the washboard abs!

    If you have a minute check out the workouts on my channel - all short, yet intense and effective. Great for when you are crunched for time but want serious results!

  • I constantly get cramps in my toes or my thighs when doing sit-ups. Is there any way to prevent this?

  • I found that working two full time labor jobs and hitting the gym on weekends I didn't work gave me a better body than I've seen most workouts achieve. Great results for you though.
