A tip! When you're doing an oil truck mission, just stand on the truck and zap it.

when you hit the reapers and they dont die and you dont restrain them, do they heal and come back after you or do hidden behind the scenes police show up and arrest them but you just dont see them?

and how do the police get the reapers you restricted from the roof tops? helicopter? hidden stair way? (sorry if my questions sound stupid) just wondering, if the restricted reapers are in the background after you finish the game... thanks for the info...
