@rockerwere well to tell you the truth, if an irish woman wanted an abortion, she would just go to england to get one, but in poland, the number of abortions was going down over 3 decades while it was still legal and paid for, when it became illegal, the number of "miscarriages" went down 25%. However making abortion illegal once again will not make it unsafe. Illegal abortions would continue to be done, as before, by doctors using antibiotics and suction curette, not coat hangers.

No, a fetus doesn't have more value by how it was conceived... but bringing it up in a household which is financially unstable, emotionally unstable and is therefore likely to have a poor quality of life seems a bit harsh and creates a lot more problems...
If you want to bring a child into an environment like that it is fine by me, if you don't that is also fine.
I don't have the overarching fist of what people should do with their bodies because it is all a choice.

Aside from minorities, lower class whites, and people who form their own opinions instead of saying "Thank you sir may i have another" after being cockslapped by someone with a nice suit claiming to help them despite openly defying their needs.
Well i guess so long as they don't outright state it, some incredibly thick people will fall for the illusion. Like the people who still believe their standard of living will never go down.
You don't understand, in the UK an abortion cannot be done after 3 months, but in the US, there are no restrictions. It's stupid to think that something magical happens to a fetus as it passes through the vagina and inhales oxygen so it becomes human. And the whole "having a hard life" thing is a joke, who doesn't have a hard life at some point? Does a fetus have more value by how it was conceived?

Like I have said, I don't like abortions and I wish they didn't have to happen but the choice for them to be clean and safe is one that should be open to women.

@rockerwere so you don't like abortions because it takes the life of an innocent, because it costs taxpayers' money or because of the medical consequences that can occur?

@y100269
Because of the medical/psychological consequences.

@rockerwere do you really think abortions are that rare? i live in canada and according to the government 25% of all pregnancies in ontario end with abortion and 45% end with abortion in quebec! also this coat hanger theory, well abortion was never legal in ireland and it was once legal in poland but now it's illegal there and there isn't a bunch of women doing "back alley" abortions there. do you think it's wrong to have an abortion after 3 months?

@y100269
Firstly, how would you know if there aren't a bunch of women doing back alley abortions? It isn't some official record and belongs in the area of "dark crime figures."
The point at which the fetus could survive outside the womb (around 5 months) is the point where it is no longer just parasitic and an abortion should not be allowed after that time - this is also a time where the fetus is entering the third trimester in the pregnancy and can possibly feel pain.
