Sophia Rigiani | Body Image and How The Medias Perception of Beauty Affects Teenagers.

Hi! My name is Sophia. I am the teen ambassador for 'Models of Diversity' (www.modelsofdiversity.org) and a teen model/actress.
As teen ambassador, I believe it is important to change the way the media think is the way to be classed as beautiful. There is so many restrictions to be accepted into the industry and the people fit into the catagory that the casting directors are auditioning are so unrealistic! This can affect a teenagers self-esteem drastically!
I would just like to get that out as a teenager, and how this affects us.
