I think they were brilliant on EVERY album from the first one to the last...You Come To My Senses will always be one of those songs that touches me deeply every time I hear it.

You know it really PISSES me off when people rip on the Chicago era of 86-91(The Scheff Era)which I really loved and personally it meant alot to me from a sentimental standpoint of view!
The people that don't understand this era have obviously NEVER been in true love and looked in a girl's eyes cause this IS the music to accompany God's greatest gift(Love).
The artsy fartsy type like the early real stuff.I have liked Chicago from their late 70's days till the 21 album.

@garydupuis "Senses", I agree , that meant alot to me at the time! College years.

@scdeville SOS is not that bad. I just think the producer, Peter Wolf, encouraged Jason to sing too high a few times. With him, you need to be careful. When he gets too high, it sounds more like screaming than singing.

@pookers2000 Actually, I heard a copy of this song in nice condition.Chicago, released on June 17, 2008, after a nearly 15-year delay, Chicago XXXII: Stone of Sisyphus. Check it out, before all these kids run out and buy it up! It really is a great CD specially if you like the 80's sound of Chicago.
GO CETERA06! keep em coming

a weak album to begin with. and this would have been among the worst.

Hey ericnwren People rag on the Scheff era because it is plain and simple not that good every album they did was ballad after ballad and bad ballads at that it was money to them because the mindless masses eat this up. You dont actually think the singers believe what they are singing in these corny ballads its money man straight up. I have been in love before two but thank god this era of Chicago has nothing to do with it.

wish there was a remastering of this song to clear this up. I wish these guys would have kept making music like this.

I lay the descent of Chicago into a oldies band at the feet of the original cast members of Lamm, Pankow, Parazaider and Lochnane. To settle for such mediocrity that Scheff brings to the band is just incomprehensible to me. They claim that dumping Seraphine was a result of him mailing it in on a few concerts in the UK. Yeah, well, if you're so concerned about quality, then how do you explain keeping Scheff all these years? It's not about Cetera vs. Scheff anymore. That horse has left the barn.
Gracias mi estimado, está buena, poca calidad de sonido pero maomenos no?...Saludos!!
