You gotta take the vitamin though. It would take like tons of milk drinking to get what you need.
I can't give you the link here but e-mail me and I will. Vitamin also prevents MOST cancers out there so the pharmaceutical companies are scared if too many people start taking it they WON'T get cancer and they will lose tons of treatment money. The bastards! GREAT VIDEO!

Actually, animal milk does not contain enough Vitamin D to sustain healthy levels. It contains some Vitamin D. It also contains glandular pus. There is much more pus in animal milk than Vitamin D. The best source of Vitamin D is sundried mushrooms or supplements. Animal milk is for babies, in case of cow milk for cow babies. If you like milk, get soymilk or other plantmilk. Soymilk contains less soy than cowmilk, since no animal had to be fed and the soy is used directly for making soymilk.
