  • @happywarrior1982 i could orginise it my self and better

  • @TheLoveschach no each places workers are all bosses

  • @happywarrior1982 You don't need the boss to organise the workplace. The workers can organise the workplace. One time when I was working at Target our usual manager was gone. The HR guy took over as manager. He didn't need to manage us. We were able to manage our selves. We got all our work done without a boss telling us what to do. A business needs workers, but it doesn't need bosses. Look at the various worker owned cooperatives and collectives.

  • @happywarrior1982 Oh, so then it's possible, in capitalism, for every single person on the planet to be a business owner, then!

    No?

Well then, that must mean that capitalism -requires- and underclass, right?

  • The IWW meant I WONT WORK!

  • @juliaisafilmbuff123 no one forces you to remain a wage laborer. you can sell anything you like. if time is all you have, then you can sell your time. the boss is organizing the workplace so you don't have to. they are compensated for their work as well. higher responsibilities and risk equals higher compensation.

  • @happywarrior1982 The IWW is about freedom, dumbass. Where's the freedom in being exploited by a boss?

  • @Shootthebosses equality is overrated. how about merit? instead of social engineering, how about freedom? novel idea!

  • These videos are historically amazing. From the bottom of my heart thank you!

  • You say "anarchy" and "sedition" like they're bad things...
