Dude, never use the GNOME.
I have the GNOME version installed on my computer (64bit), and it's $%#@! Graphics card drivers won't work :(
Do both of the OpenSUSE 11.1's (x86 & x64), have the same interfaces for both KDE and GNOME? Thanks. I'm burning the KDE version, and the NonOSS CD (Add-Ons) now to reboot the system & use the KDE! xD
Nice video, By The Way!

does the disc openSUSE 11.1 x86_64 mean I can install it on either a 32b or 64b machine? Nice wallpaper btw.

No, the 64 bits version (x86_64) only works on 64 bits systems.
The 32 bits version however runs on both 32 and 64 bits systems. Do not that on a 64 bits system you wouldn't take full advantage of your hardware.

Really? I've been using 32b windows on my pentium dual core since i've bought it.

If you have 4GB of RAM (or more) than you can't even use it all with windows 32 bits.
If you use linux 32 bits with 4GB or more it will use all but using some tricks as opossed to 64 bits linux (or windows) that can use it without any tricks.

KDE 4.2 is quite stable for a beta. At worst Plasma sometimes crashes.. click OK and problem solved.
