Do you link situation awareness to this product? ie 6 to 12 hours before possible refueling run low, enemy attacking, boost, but keep to essential needs first? Do you go into water? Integration with IT network? Is it wireless or broadband over power-lines with backup wireless?

Great tech for a city recovering from a disaster, if it is fast put up and take down.

8 hours to the moon (New Horizons) is an impressive pace, and better advertising than any glossy brochure. Bigelow has a problem with his taxes going to Russia. I personally love Russia, and the ISS, for many of the reasons its biggest critics don't. I see an 8 hour lunar mission, inflatable base with a microgrid. I don't see a price tag, but I see a fast mission.

And broadband over powerlines, integrating visual and audio surveilence systems, rigged up to some Metal Storm Area Denial Weapon System (ADWS), spaced out a nice K or 2 away. leave the camp to watch itself for a while, spend some time with the family. Leave CAST and R2 to look after things, while your not there. Do you have a camp that assembles itself? You could send space base alpha ahead to set up.
